7ezbd Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7ezbd platform and all services included within it. If a user accesses this platform or begins using any service in any way, it is assumed that they have read and accepted these Terms.

7ezbd reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

At the time of account registration, the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age. 7ezbd may request relevant documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if adequate proof is not provided.

2.1 Other Eligibility Requirements

• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• Any person prohibited from gaming due to mental health grounds or by court order may not use this platform.
• Those who have voluntarily excluded themselves under the responsible gaming guidelines may not use their account during that period.
• 7ezbd employees or their immediate family members may not take advantage of betting facilities on this platform.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To open an account on 7ezbd, accurate and complete information must be provided. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account cancellation and deposited funds may be withheld.

3.2 Account Security

The same person may not operate multiple accounts. If the same identity, payment method, or device is used across two or more accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh are available for depositing and withdrawing funds on 7ezbd. All transactions are completed through secure, encrypted channels.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods)
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited
• Cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other Bangladeshi banks)
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be on hold until account verification is complete

If unusual activity is suspected in any transaction, 7ezbd may request additional verification and reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

5. Bonus and Promotion Rules

Before claiming any bonus offer from 7ezbd, please read the associated terms carefully. A bonus cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may claim a bonus offer only once (unless stated otherwise).
• The maximum bet amount using bonus funds is specified in the individual terms of each bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 7ezbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

6. Gaming Rules

Casino games, sports betting, and live casino services available on 7ezbd operate under specific gaming rules. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

6.1 Sports Betting

• The outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant sporting event.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, 7ezbd will settle bets in accordance with established rules.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical issue, that bet will be considered void.
• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are not predetermined. RTP information for each game is available in the game menu.

6.3 Technical Errors

For transactions affected by server issues, internet disconnection, or any other technical error, 7ezbd will make decisions based on its own investigation. 7ezbd reserves the right to recover funds erroneously credited as a result of a system error.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds
• Any attempt to hack or manipulate the system or software
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Match fixing or gaining unfair advantage using insider information
• Defrauding or harassing other users through the platform
• Placing bets or making deposits using a third party's account

If any of the above prohibited activities are identified, 7ezbd will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit deposited funds and bonuses, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. 8.2 Account Closure by 7ezbd

7ezbd may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Extended period of account inactivity
• Requirement to comply with legal or regulatory instructions

9. Limitation of Liability

7ezbd is not responsible for gaming outcomes, betting odds, or any financial losses. Gaming and betting inherently carry financial risk, and users participate with awareness of that risk.

7ezbd's liability for losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or third-party service failures is limited. However, in such situations, 7ezbd will make every effort to assist affected users.
